Quota Distribution: The quota for these bikes will be divided strategically:
- Urban Areas: An equal distribution will be ensured for both male and female students.
- Rural Areas: Acknowledging potential differences in regional needs, the quota will be set at 70% for male students and 30% for female students in rural areas.
