The Punjab government has introduced a new plot allotment scheme designed to recognize and reward the contributions of civil servants, Provincial Management Service (PMS) officers, and police personnel.

Key Features of the Scheme
- Plot Sizes and Locations: The scheme offers plots of two kanals, one kanal, and 10 marlas, strategically located near the Kala Khatai Road Interchange.
- Eligibility Criteria: Officers in grades 21 and 22 are eligible to apply for two-kanal plots, while other categories of officers can apply for smaller plot sizes.
- Quota Allocation: The scheme allocates 30% of the plots to civil servants and PMS officers, 10% to police officers, and 30% to X-cadre employees.
- Payment Plan: To make ownership more accessible, the government has introduced an eight-year installment plan. Each marla of land is valued at Rs. 800,000.
