Rawalpindi Cracks Down on Illegal Housing Schemes: FIRs for 4 Projects!
The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) is taking a strong stance against unauthorized real estate development, lodging FIRs against four illegal housing schemes in Mandra, Gujar Khan.

Acting on Orders: Following the directives of Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the RDA’s Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate filed complaints against the owners of these projects.
Targeted Schemes: The four schemes facing legal action are:
- Kashmir View Residencia (Phase I & II) in Mouza Sanghori Satto
- GB Valley in Mouza Singhori Satto
- Natha Dolal, Sain Singhori in Mouza Singhori
- Pak Kashmir Housing Project in Mouza Pothi Bijnyal
Location: All four projects are located along the Mandra-Chakwal Road in Tehsil Gujar Khan.
Protecting Homebuyers: This action aims to protect potential buyers from investing in unauthorized and potentially risky housing projects.
Building any housing project, apartment complex, or commercial building in the RDA zone without an official NoC and approval is illegal. This includes all forms of advertising, marketing, and development for such projects.
By taking legal action, the RDA sends a clear message that illegal development will not be tolerated.
