Developed with input from public and private sectors, the plan sets a clear vision for national progress under the 5Es Framework:

This plan will lay the foundation for Pakistan’s 13th Five-Year Plan (2024–2029) and focuses on:
- Increasing annual exports to $60 billion by 2029.
- Boosting the number of IT graduates significantly each year.
The comprehensive strategy aims to address economic challenges, environmental concerns, and technological advancements, paving the way for a prosperous, sustainable future for Pakistan.
