The 34-day pre-Hajj operation will run from April 18 to May 21, 2026. A total of 468 flights nationwide will transport approximately 119,000–120,000 pilgrims under the government scheme.

  • First Departure: Saudi Airlines flight SV-5735 is scheduled to depart from Lahore for Madinah on April 18.
  • Arrival Strategy: For the first 15 days (until May 4), all flights will land in Madinah. Operations to Jeddah will begin on May 4.
  • National Hubs: Islamabad leads with 129 flights, followed by Karachi (124) and Lahore (104).

  • Skip Arrival Delays: Upon landing in Saudi Arabia, pilgrims can bypass immigration lines and go directly to their buses, with their luggage delivered straight to their accommodations.
