India Halts Flight Operation after UFO Sighting.
Indian authorities took swift action on Sunday, suspending flight operations at Imphal’s Bir Tikendrajit International Airport in Manipur following reports of an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) around 2:30 pm local time.
The sighting, visible to the naked eye but fleeting, prompted security alerts and the activation of the Indian Air Force’s Air Defence response. Despite a thorough investigation, no further evidence was found.
The incident resulted in the diversion of two flights and the delay of three departures before operations resumed at the airport.
