National Aerospace Science and Technology Park

National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP )is a Defense and Space Manufacturing government organization led by Pakistan Air Force. It is headed by the Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu. It is being developed as Pakistan’s first Aerospace Cluster and Smart City around PAF Base Minhas and PAC Kamra.

The vision of NASTP is to “set up a state-of-the-art Special Technology Zone (STZ) that will provide an environment for research, design, innovation, and development in the fields of space, aviation, IT, and cyber”.

The organization will provide aerospace technologies design centers, MRO facilities for commercial & military aircraft, Aviation Logistics, Expo Centers, and Advanced Vocational Training Institutes.

A significant development was achieved when Baykar, a Turkish Aerospace Giant, launched its office in NASTP.

Inauguration:

The inauguration of NASTP (National Aerospace Science and Technology Park) was done by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shahbaz Sharif, on 4th August 2023 at Nur Khan Air Base Rawalpindi.

NASTP Kamra, Attock:

The main chapter is NASTP Kamra, the flagship aerospace cluster of Pakistan situated in Kamra/Attock. It is the international and national headquarter of the organization.

NASTP Kamra will also be home to NASTP Academy. It will award certificates recognized by NAVTTC, Air University, as well as international bodies such as the EU and EASA.

NASTP Alpha is located in Rawalpindi; it is the regional headquarter for the federal region of Pakistan. It is also a Special Technology Zone (STZ).

NASTP Sierra is a hub for the design, research & development setups of the Pakistan Air Force in Simulator, AR, VR, Robotics, Space, Wireless and Communication Systems, Cyber, IT, Computing & Big Data, Software Development, and Artificial Intelligence fields.

NASTP Sierra is the first technology park for Aerospace and Cyber in the city of Lights Karachi. It offers co-working spaces with high-speed Internet with backup options, vast parking, power backup, area for holding Expos, Conferences, Seminars, Trainings, Corporate dinners, and other events.
