An IT Indian company named “Team Detailing Solutions” in Chennai has gifted its employees a treasure of gifts by way of 28 cars and 29 bikes to celebrate the Hindu festival Dewali.

Many luxury cars -Hyundai, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, and even one Mercedes Benz-have reportedly been gifted to the employees. The company explained the gifts as an appreciation for the workers’ hard work, a testament to their dedication, and a boost to their “morale.”

As the company’s Managing Director, Sridhar Kannan added: “we wanted to appreciate exceptional efforts of the employees so that there was this company’s success. Employees are assets for us, we believe.”
According to Kannan, measurement of employees’ contribution had been done with regard to their work and number of working years. He then added, “We are proud of recognizing such accomplishments.”
Speaking to the media persons Sridhar said, the company has inducted nearly 180 people. Majority of them are from very low background but are highly specialized. He said we pick people with high motivations and owning a bike or car is like a dream for them.
He further elaborated that the company had been giving bikes to the employees; in 2022, we gave two cars to our two senior officials.

Apart from gifting cars, the company has also offered financial assistance to the employees. Kanan said, “Earlier we were giving ₹50,000 as marriage assistance to the employees. This year we have expanded the range to ₹1 lakh.” He said, “We do believe this will enhance productivity, motivation, and morale amongst the employees.
