Nadra B-Form Application Process in 2024: How to Make B-Form from NADRA in 2025
To get a B-Form, parents need to provide a birth certificate from the union council, and at least one parent must have a valid NIC or NICOP.
If only one parent is available, the application must be verified by a gazetted officer or public representative like an MNA, MPA, or municipal official.
It requires visiting the nearest NADRA office with the computerized birth certificate of the child.
Ideally, both parents should be present. One will apply, and the other will verify. The child should also be present for the capture of photographs and fingerprints.
Now, registration of children is faster and easier, making sure every child in Pakistan has the right to official identification from birth.
