Maruti Suzuki Dzire achieved a global five-star rating in a crash test by NCAP. Unlike several budget models lacking important safety features, Dzire boasts of six airbags, an Electronic Stability Program, hill hold assist, and pedestrian protection.

Maruti Suzuki voluntarily crashed tested their cars and were optimistic about it due to the very low cost.
Dzire features 1.2-liter engine making 80 hp and 113 Nm of torque. But more fuel-efficient variant with CNG comes with 69 hp and 102 Nm of torque.
The car is propelled to the front wheels by a five-speed manual or an automated manual transmission. Thus, the car does not compromise with speed but focuses entirely on fuel efficiency.

The Dzire is compact and measures 157.2 inches in length. Trunk space might not be much, but it does contain 382 liters in case there is a small family need. It weighs roughly around 920 kg, adding to efficiency and ease of handling.
Dzire comes with comfort and convenience features. Higher trims feature a 360-degree camera, an automatic climate control, rear air vents, a wireless charger, and an electric sunroof.
On the inside, an upgraded 9-inch touchscreen also supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This tech is usually reserved for pricier models.
Since the introduction of Dzire in 2008, over 2.7 million units have been sold in India. Maruti Suzuki is planning to take the Dzire to Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and the ASEAN region and make available a car that may well be affordable yet as safe.
