Effective from August 19, 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has expanded its Apostille attestation services to Gujrat and Quetta, providing easier access for residents.

Previously available only in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, this service allows applicants to attest documents through authorized courier companies, eliminating the need to visit MOFA offices.

Courier Companies Authorized for Apostille Services

MOFA has partnered with five courier services to facilitate the attestation process:

• Gerry’s International Pvt. Ltd.
• Leopards Courier Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Excellent Courier Services (ECS)
• M&P Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
• TCS Pvt. Ltd.

These companies will collect documents from applicants, ensure attestation by MOFA, and return the documents to the applicants.

Revised Fee Structure for Apostille Certification

MOFA introduced a new fee structure on July 8, 2024:

• Personal and Educational Documents: Rs3,000 per document
• Legal Documents: Rs4,500 per document
• Commercial Documents: Rs12,000 per document

Note: These fees are exclusive of service charges by the courier companies.

2. Choose an Authorized Courier:
   • Select one of the five authorized courier companies:

     • Leopards Courier Service Pvt. Ltd.
     • Excellent Courier Services (ECS)
     • M&P Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
     • TCS Pvt. Ltd.
3. Submit Documents:
   • Visit the nearest branch of the selected courier service.
   • Submit your documents along with the attestation fee and service charges.
4. Document Collection and Delivery:
   • The courier will collect your documents and forward them to MOFA for attestation.
   • Once attested, your documents will be returned to you through the courier service.
5. Track Your Documents:
   • Use the tracking number provided by the courier to monitor the progress of your documents.
6. Receive Attested Documents:
   • Upon completion, collect your attested documents from the courier service or have them delivered to your doorstep.
