The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced to start the “Insaf Female Education Card,” and the Higher Education Department has sought data from all the colleges.

This is learnt that the programme is only for orphaned students, and the Higher Education Department has contacted colleges for data regarding only orphans female students.

She further stated that orphaned students studying in colleges would also be given fee concessions along with issuance of the Insaf Female Education Card.
This is likely to alleviate the burden on the female orphans regarding their fees for education.
A formal notice has been issued and instructions have been given to submit the required data within a week to the college heads.
