- Effortless Application: Applicants can conveniently apply through the Punjab Police app or visit any of the 737 police stations or Khidmat Marakiz across Punjab.

Applying Online is Easy:
- Create an account on the dedicated DLIMS website.
- Fill out the online application form accurately.
- Upload the required documents:
- Applicant’s photograph
- Scanned copy or picture of your original CNIC (front and back)
- Medical certificate issued by a government doctor (for applicants above 50 years)
- Generate a payment slip ID and settle the fee through ATM, online banking, or mobile banking channels.
Fee Increase and Deadline:
- The provincial cabinet has approved a significant increase in learner’s license fees, rising from Rs. 60 to Rs. 1000 (a 1566% increase).
- Take advantage of the current fee structure before December 31, 2023. The new fee structure will be implemented on January 1, 2024.
