Despite all these facts, Honda is an old trusted brand and people still choose it over other Chinese bikes available in the Market.

Atlas Honda is a famous company that is known worldwide for its quality products.

The company should consider the demands and needs of consumers at a reasonable price. Honda CD 70 Dream 2024 has mix reviews from the fans.

Over the past few days, a social media buzz has circulated about Atlas Honda reducing its motorcycle prices. This news was attributed to the robust performance of the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) against the US Dollar and recent price reductions by Kia and MG Motors.

The reports suggested significant price drops for the Honda CD70 and Honda CG 125 models.

According to these claims, the price of Honda CG 125 had allegedly decreased by Rs. 38,500, while the standard Honda 125 witnessed a reduction of Rs. 33,500. The immensely popular Honda CD70 was also said to have a price cut of Rs. 22,000.

These reductions seemed substantial given the current pricing of these motorcycles.

To verify this information, we reached out to Atlas Honda officials and their dealerships. Although the company’s official response was pending, a prominent Honda bike dealer responded to our inquiry.

In a voice message, the dealer refuted the rumors, asserting that someone had been spreading false information in the market over the past few days.

He emphasized that prices were not expected to decrease anytime soon and recommended that people refer to the Atlas Honda website for confirmed prices.

In Pakistan, it is uncommon for motorcycle companies to lower their prices. Typically, prices tend to rise and seldom show a downward trend.

Motorcycles have traditionally been considered a mode of transportation for the middle-class demographic. However, consistent price hikes without transparent explanations have made them less accessible, with bikes like the CD70 currently priced at a substantial Rs. 157,900.

One can only hope that these companies consider reducing their rates to make these supposedly affordable modes of transport accessible to more people.

Do you anticipate Honda and other motorcycle manufacturers will decrease prices in the near future? Share your thoughts in the comments section.
