The initiative aims to address student transportation challenges by providing:
- Interest-free Financing: The Punjab government covers the markup on the down payment and monthly installments, making bike ownership more accessible.

To be eligible for the program, students must:
- Be enrolled as regular students in government or private graduate colleges/universities in Punjab.
- Be 18 years or above.
- Possess a valid driving license or learner’s permit.
